When contracting the Premium Support service for your shipment (cost $20 pesos), Our team will personally assist you with any problems or setbacks that may arise regarding package pickup. We will contact the parcel company on your behalf to find out and inform you of the status of the collection, schedule a new collection, request any change to the collection date if necessary and provide the appropriate follow-up.
Important notice: Please keep in mind that no parcel company guarantees timely collection of shipments on the scheduled date and time. Even by hiring the Premium Service, we cannot guarantee punctual collection, what we can do is assure you that we will do everything possible to ensure that it happens according to schedule.
Also remember that you can clarify and resolve any problem related to the collection of your shipment by directly contacting the parcel company selected for your shipment.
You can send several packages in the same shipment, as long as they have the same origin and destination.
It is usually cheaper than shipping each package separately.
